WILW - easy, cheap crafting

who has oodles of $$ laying around to blow at the craft store every week? not this family.  who has a woman who needs to release stress by doing a crafting project at least once a week? THIS family. luckily, it can be done on a budget or with things already on hand.

like paint chip art...hello - free at the hardware store :)

and who doesn't have a gallon freezer bag full of broken crayons laying around?
this is amazing. i love.

and for pete's sake. the cuteness factor on eraser stamping is through the roof.

in fact, i loved this stamping idea so much i had to use it on some canvases for over our bed. the lyrics are from our wedding song - a lennon song covered by the postal service.

what about you? what's your favorite cheap craft?

  10. can't wait to try these. thanks for sharing. my daughter was gasping at the screen with delight over the little punched hearts and eraser stamping. as far as the crayons, she said, "did they MEAN to do that?" haha...

  15. Love your creations! And I want to sooo badly try that crayon thing. Maybe using a blowdryer instead of a hot glue gun. I'd be afraid that it'd ruin it. My favorite cheap/quick craft is painting a canvas and then gluing doilies of different sizes and shapes on it.
